Total Management Service (TMS) is a young, full-service agency that primarily focuses on management and support of both national and international artists in the broadest sense of the word. The core activities of TMS, management and security, are founded on years of experience in the music industry. Total Management Support stands for a trustworthy, firm and above all no-nonsense approach, in which a personal relation with the artist, the client and location are key.
The driving force behind TMS is managing director Robert de Waal. De Waal, who worked his way up in security, initially expanded his company Rowa Security into an imperium with over 350 employees and for 10 years he was the personal bodyguard of Dutch singer André Hazes. In 2004 Robert sold his company after Hazes' passing. Still he remains active in showbiz with his company RW Entertainment for a few more years, focusing on management, publishing, bookings and a privately owned label.
In the meantime Robert does not idle and writes a book titled “In The Shadow Of’’, published in 2008, in which he extensively writes about his life with André Hazes. As an entrepreneur he also makes an important change in his career with the establishment of his new company Biopromotions that produces durable bioplastics.

Asked about his initiatives, Robert is straightforward: "Of course it is clear that with Biopromotions I work with great partners towards expansion and that I will not let it go. I cannot, however, deny my love for the entertainment industry; security and management have always resonated with me. With Total Management Service, I am breathing new life into my passion and am currently working with Jordiz and Michael Mendoza.
"Working on the career of artists, offering them guidance and support while looking after their personal security - it is in my blood, I feel good in that environment.
